摘要
对NS-AQ法杨木高得率化学浆(粗浆得率63.70%,细浆得率59.23%)的氧脱本素进行了研究。结果表明,在实验室条件下,适宜的氧脱木素条件是:浆浓11%,氧气压力 0.6MPa,温度85℃,时间80min,用碱量5%,硫酸镁用量0.3%。适宜条件下的氧脱木素结果是:卡伯值约下降3/4(由37.3降至9.1),粘度约下降1/3(由1340mL/g降至873mL/g),白度提高14.9(由50%ISO提高至64.9%ISO)个百分点,返黄值大幅度(由4.53降至0.90)下降,浆的损失率为6.7%(得率为93.3%),总得率为55.26%。
Oxygen delignification of Aspen NS-AQ high-yield chemical pulp (unscreened yield 63.70%, screened yield 59.23%) was stud-
ied. The results indicated that the suitable conditions of oxygen delignification at laboratory are: the consistency of pulp 11%, oxygen
pressure 0.6 MPa, temperature 85 ℃, reaction time 80 min, the charge of NaOH 5%, and MgSO_4 0.3%. As a consequence of oxygen
delignification, the kappa number of the pulp decreases from 37.3 to 9.1, intrinsic viscosity decreases hom 1340 to 873 mL/g, brightness
increases from 50 to 64.9%ISO, yellowing value decreases from 4.53 to 0.90, the loss of pulp 6.7% and total yield (on chip) 55.26%.
