摘要 利用Phanerochaete chrysosporium ME446对麦草进行生物制浆特性的研究。菌丝能够迅速在麦草表面上生长,5d后就可以在麦草的外表面形成一层致密有力的网状结构。该菌株降解术素的模式是“同步脱木素”,即同时降解细胞壁中的纤维素、半纤维素和木素,使细胞壁被腐蚀变薄,并且有孔洞和凹坑出现。这些孔洞和凹坑以及气孔,为化学药液进入细胞壁提供了通道,改善了化学处理的效果。该菌株对麦草进行“同步脱术素”作用,使得细胞壁变薄,并有凹坑出现。微生物处理还能提高化机浆的得率和成浆的强度性能,减少磨浆能耗,但纸浆的白度和不透明度有所降低。 No abstract available
