木聚糖酶、木素过氧化物酶-过氧化氢生物漂白废液分析 被引量:1

摘要 木聚糖酶、术素过氧化物酶预处理使后续过氧化氢漂白废液色度和COD(Cr)都下降。木聚精酶预处理使预处理一过氧化氢漂白两段废液的总CODC。降低;木素过氧化物酶预处理使预处理一过氧化氢漂白两段废液的总COD(Cr)提高。用HPLC研究表明,木聚糖酶、木素过化物酶预处理使后续过氧化氢漂白废液中成分种类增加,亦使过氧化氢漂白中EDTA消耗减少。 The color and COD content of effluent from sequential H_2O_2 bleaching reduce by the pretreatment of xylanase or ligninperoxidase. The xylanase pretreatment reduces the total COD content of the effluent from the two stages of pretreatment-H_2O_2 bleaching. The ligninper~ oxidase pretreatment increases the total COD of effluent from the two stages of pretreatment-H_2O_2 bleaching. Both pretreatments create new compositions in the sequential H_2O_2 bleaching effluent and reduce the EDTA consumption during the H_2O_2 bleaching according to HPLC analysis.
