纸浆空隙率测定的研究

Determination of Porosity of Pulp

空隙率在湿纸幅组织结构研究、浓缩浆层内流体迁移机理研究与应用中具有重要作用。本文在研究多孔介质空隙率测定方法和低温真空冷冻干燥原理的基础上,提出了一种纸浆空隙率测定法,并经过实验验证。采用低温冷冻干燥方法可以制得保持纸浆样品原貌的试样,进一步可测定纸浆空隙率。

The porosity plays an important role in the study of wet web structure. It also plays an important role in the study of fluid migra- tion mechanism through the concentrated pulp layer. This paper presents a method based on the principle of freeze-drying at low temperature to evaluate the porosity of pulp. This method is proved by experiment. A pulp sample keeping its original structure can be prepared by us- ing freeze-drying technique and the porosity of the pulp can be determined.
