摘要
研究了竹子硫酸盐法间歇蒸煮过程有效碱浓度的数学模型以及其参数的确定方法。根据蒸煮化学脱木素动力学,利用有效碱浓度数学模型、卡伯值与木素的函数关系,推导出竹子硫酸盐法间歇蒸煮过程纸浆卡伯值机理数学模型,并进行了实验验证。使用卡伯值机理数学模型进行预测时,结果表明其具有理想的预测准确性。由于模型具有较理想的工艺变化适应能力,且方法简单易行,有望应用于生产控制。
The paper studied the E_A(effective alkali) concentration mathematical model during the bamboo sulfate cooking process, and
the method which was used to define its parameters. Based on the delignification kinetics, the E_A concentration mathematical model, and
the relation between kappa number and lignin content, the pulp kappa number mechanism mathematical model was derived, and verified
by experiment The forecast result showed that the model has high accuracy. The mechanism model can be applied in production control
thanks to its adaptive capability to the varying technology and easy to apply.
