摘要
木素磺酸盐是制浆废液回收物。改性木素磷酸盐GCL2系列产品具有较好的缓蚀阻垢性能。文章研究了木素磺酸盐缓蚀阻垢剂与杀菌灭藻剂联合使用时的相互影响,结果表明,二者联合使用时GCL2和GCL2-D3的缓蚀性能与阻垢性能略有下降,但幅度很小;杀菌灭藻剂1227和异噻唑啉酮的杀菌率会随木素磺酸钙的加入而减小,低浓度时加快了细菌的繁殖;与GCL2-D3联合使用时,1227和异噻唑啉酮的杀菌率略有提高。GCL2系列缓蚀阻垢剂与杀菌灭藻剂在冷却水中具有较好的相容性。
Lignosulfonate is produced as a by-product of the pulp and paper industry. It is abundant, biodegradable and cheap. Series of
GCL2 modified lignosulfonates have preferable performance in corrosion and scale inhibition. In this paper, the effects of the corrosion and
scale inhibitors from lignosulfonate and the bactericides when they were used together were studied. It was found that bactericides would
little weaken the corrosion and scale inhibition performances of GCL2 and GCL2-D3. At the same time, calcium lignosulfonate would
weaken the killing rates of bactericides 1227. When the concentration of bactericides was lower, calcium lignosulfonate would speed the
bacterial reproduction. But GCL2-D3 would increase the killing rates of bactericides. The series of GCL2 corrosion and scale inhibitors and
the bactericides had good compatibility in cooling water.
