中韩两国加强经贸合作的保障、依据与对策

Safeguards, Basises and Countermeasures of Strengthening the Economics and Trade Cooperation between China and South Korea

摘 要:中韩两国推进经贸合作既有潜力又有机遇,已经为双方经贸合作实现战略升级提供了可靠保障;中韩两国经贸合作关系发展前景广阔,已经为双方经贸合作实现战略升级确立了现实依据。为此,中方要注重在不断加强与韩国经贸合作的基础上,进一步实施“走出去”的发展战略,使双方在经贸、科技、信息与人才交流中形成互动局面;引导韩国企业依据西部大开发的政策导向进行投资,改变韩国企业在华的投资布局、投资行业过于集中的现象,以利于形成区域经济协调发展的联动局面;发挥中韩两国的地缘优势,根据国家振兴东北老工业基地的战略决策,为双方经贸合作的大发展打开广阔天地。

China and South Korea enjoy great potential and opportunities of trade and economic cooperation. Therefore, based on unceasing strengthening of the bilateral economics and trade cooperation relationship with South Korea, China should further implement the developmental strategy of “going out”in order to make the mutual exchange of economy and trade, science and technology, information and talents interactive. Under the guidance of policy of “western development”,South Korean enterprises should be inducted to carry out investments so that the structure of their traditional investments and centralized phenomenon can be changed. It will contribute a great deal to the harmonious development of regional economy .
