摘要
薪酬管理是企业管理中的重中之重,本文就企业薪酬管理问题作了三方面的探讨:管理理念的更新,对薪酬概念、薪酬公平化的理解及行为科学和心理学应用的新认识;管理战略的创新,根据企业的经营战略及不同的发展阶段来制定相应的薪酬管理战略;管理制度结构的创新,实行绩点薪酬、个人绩效薪酬、团队薪酬和长期激励的薪酬相结合的制度。
The management of salary is the most important in enterprise management. This text makethree aspects of studying about the problem in the management of enterprise salary: The renewal of the managementprinciple, the comprehension of salary, salary’s justice and the new cognition in the behavioral science and thepsychological application; Innovation in the management’s strategy , make corresponding strategy in themanagement of salary according to the operation’s strategy of enterprise and the different development stage;Innovation in the construction of the management system, carry out the system combined the point salary, thepersonal performance salary, the group salary with the long-term encouragement salary.
