摘要
利用硫离子选择电极电位滴定法测定产酸脱硫反应器中的硫化物.在pH>11的条件下,滴定终点突跃明显.测定样品无需前处理,可在3min内完成.测定结果不受挥发酸及无机阴离子的影响.测定方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、测定浓度范围宽.检测下限为0 26mg/L.
The determination of sulfide in an acidogenic sulfate-reducing bioreactor using sulfide-selective (electrode) had an obvious potential change at the end of titration under alkaline conditions. The whole course of sample determination could be completed in 3 min without special pretreatment. Volatile fatty acid and inorganic anion have little effect on the results of determination. The minimum detection limit was 0.26 mg/L. In addition, this method proposed has advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, rapid determination, and wide measurement concentration.
