为应用案例推理解决多准则群体智能决策支持系统面临的非结构化问题,基于案例特征因素分层理论归集群策层综合决策向量,根据灰色系统理论计算问题案例同库存案例的层贴近度和综合贴近度,最终建立多准则群体智能决策支持系统案例推理模型,从而为非结构化决策问题提供可行的解决方案.

In order to solve non-structured questions in a multi-criteria group intelligent decision support system, a case based reasoning model is built by analysing the structure of a case's eigenvector and computing its layer-decision-eigenvector. The grey system theory is used to reckon the layer-similarity and the integrate similarity of the question case and stored cases.
