摘要
为解决SBR法在中小型污水厂污水处理工艺中普遍存在的操作繁琐、不易控制的缺点,以实际工程为基础,分别考察了不同曝气量、不同反应初始有机物浓度和MLSS运行情况下DO的变化情况,均发现DO曲线在反应阶段的末期存在突跃,并随之稳定在一高值区.根据这一现象,在预定最大反应时间基础上,采用DO作为反应时间和反应阶段的控制参数.运行结果表明,该控制方法在保证出水达标的前提下可以节约能耗、降低运行成本.
The SBR technic is applicable to middle-small scale wastewater treatment. The labourious manipulation and uneasy controllability have been the prevalent disadvantages of application of SBR techniques. The different aeration amounts, different original organic pollutants and MLSS are adopted to test the DO curve configuration. We find a sudden rise on the DO curve configuration when the reaction phase comes to the end, since the DO value varies between a narrow range. Based on this phenomena, DO is adopted to be a controlling parameter of the reaction phase. Results prove this method can save energy and reduce running cost on guaranteeing discharge water quality.
