摘要
海边月见草种子油中富含人体所需的亚油酸,具有较大的药用保健价值.采用碱炼法精炼海边月见草油,其最佳条件为:超碱量5%～10%,皂化温度45～50℃.精油经过皂化后,采用尿素包合法富集不饱和脂肪酸,可使亚油酸甲酯的含量由粗油中的78.39%提高到93.75%.
Oenothera littaralis seed oil is rich in linoleic acid and is essential for man, and it is a new kind of healthy oil resource having great exploitable potentialities. The refined Oenothera littaralis seed oil was obtained by alkali refine method with the following optimum conditions: excessive alkali 5%～10%, temperature of chemical saponification 45～50℃. Linoleic acid was enriched by urea adduct method of the refined oil, resulting an increasing of linoleic acid methyl ester content from 78.39% of the crude oil to 93.75%.
