摘要
目的 提取蛋黄卵磷脂,研究提取时间、温度、乙醇浓度及乙醇用量等对卵磷脂提取率的影响。方法 以蛋黄为原料,乙醇 乙醚二元混合溶液为萃取剂,提取卵磷脂。结果 提取时间、温度、萃取剂用量及浓度对卵磷脂提取率均有影响。结论 通过正交实验,确定了提取卵磷脂的最佳工艺条件:提取温度30℃;提取时间60min;乙醇浓度92%;乙醇加入量12mL/g。
AimExtrating lecithin from egg and determining its optimum extration conditions.MethodsLecithin from egg was extracted using aquiferous ethnol and aether. The effects of time, temperature, the amouat and concentration of ethanol on extraction rate were studied.ResultsThe results showed that time, temperature, the amount and concentration all affect extration rate.ConclusionThe optimum extration conditions of lecithin from egg were detemined by orthogono experiments.
