摘要
目的 为了防止液相法制备纳米氧化镁过程中团聚体的产生,提出制取单分散的纳米氧化镁粒子的方法。方法 采用沉淀转化法,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为改性剂进行了改性研究,并用Χ 射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对产物进行表征。结果 制备了粒度分布均匀、无团聚的纳米氧化镁粒子,粒子呈球形、结晶度高、分散性良好、平均粒径为7.5nm。结论 该方法是一种很好的制备无团聚纳米氧化镁粒子的方法。
AimIn order to avoid agglomeration and get dispersible nanometer magnesia particles in the process of preparation with liquid phase method.MethodsModification experiments were done in precipitation-transforming-method(PRM),in which PVA is used as the modifier.The product is characterized by XRD and TEM.ResultsNanometer magnesia with a narrow size distribution and agglomeration-free has been successfully prepared.The spherical particles with an average crystalline size about 7.5 nm have a good crystallinity and high dispersibility.ConclusionThis is a good method that can prepare nanometer magnesia particles with free-agglomeration.
