适应我国加入世界贸易组织的需要 ,我国中小证券公司须变革经营理念 ,引进适合本公司的管理体制 ,特别是CRM管理系统 。

In order to adapt to Chinas entering the WTO,the middle and small sized securities companies should change their operating ideas,and introduce advanced management system which can fit their own companies,especially the CRM which will be the necessary management system.
