浅谈发展中国数字图书馆的几点思路

本文介绍了美、英等发达国家数字图书馆的研究与发展情况 ,提出了我国应充分吸收国外先进经验 ,由国家统筹规划 ,攻克技术难关 ,建设有中国特色数据库 。

This paper introduces the studies and development of the digital library in some developed countries,and discusses the methods of developing the digital library of Chinese,such as absorbing in the advanced experiences,programmed by national government,developing Chinese special database,paying attention to network safety and copyright protection,etc.
