摘要
本文从知识管理的内涵入手 ,阐述了高校图书馆实施知识管理的必然性 ,提出了实施知识管理的具体策略 。
Based on the connotation of the knowledge management,this article discusses the necessity of the implement of the knowledge management in the library of the colleges and universities.Then put forward the stratege of the practice of knowledge management,in order to improve the capacity in competition.
