摘要
文章在阐述了图书馆知识管理的基本特征和内容后 ,介绍了美国麦肯锡 (Mckinsey)公司知识管理实践的要点 ,认为组织中知识和经验的交流与共享首先要建立在组织中人员的高知识水平基础上 ,而对我国的图书馆来说 ,要实施知识管理首先要重视图书馆的继续教育。
After describing the basic features and contents of knowledge management,the paper proceeds with the main points of the practice of knowledge management in Mckinsey in the United States.It is demonstrated that the exchange and sharing of knowledge and experience in an organization is established in the first place on a high level of knowledge of the staff in an organization.With regard to libraries in China,we should first put priority on continued education if we want to carry out knowledge management.Suggestions are also made on the ways of continued education for libraries under knowledge management.
