摘要
本文通过分析国内、外图书馆专业人员现状 ,比较他们之间的差距 ,提出了我国图书馆如何借鉴国外经验 。
By analyzing the current situation of personeel in a specific field in the libraries of home and abroad,we compare their gaps.WE get the ways on how to draw on the experience of abroad,and the new thoughts on reaching the aim of synchronized development with others.
