本文表述了专利文献的特征 ,依据大量的实例充分论述了专利文献与企业的生存和发展的关系 ,由此引出企业应制定专利战略的论点 。

The article describe the feature of the patent literature,base on a good many of living examples,we discussed the relationship between the patent literature and enterprise,and educe the thesis that the enterprise shoud make the patent strategy.We also raise the concept that the enterprise shoud make good use of attack and defence of the patent.
