摘要
研究了盐酸羟胺与对苯醌 (p BQ)的荷移反应 ,对反应条件进行了优化 .在乙醇介质中 ,二者在 30℃6 5min形成稳定的荷移络合物 ,该络合物在 4 95nm处有较强的吸收 .盐酸羟胺浓度在 6~ 80 g·L-1范围内符合Beer定律 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 .2× 10 3 L·mol-1·cm-1,方法的相对标准偏差 1.7% (n =8)
The charge-transfer(CT) reaction between p-benzoquinone and hydroxylamine hydrochloride is studied in this paper.The reaction conditions have been optimized. In the presence of ethanol, the two above mentioned compounds can react to form charge transfer complex at 30 ℃ in 65 min.Beer's law is (obeyed) in the range of 6~80 kg·L^(-1) for morphine.The apparent molar absorptivity of the CT complex at 495 nm is 2.2×10~3 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).The relative standard deviations are less than 2%((n=8)).
