摘要
目的 :了解利培酮对精神分裂症患者肝功能的影响。 方法 :对 183例单一服用利培酮的住院患者在治疗前及治疗后作肝功能检测。 结果 :服用利培酮后肝功能异常者 5 0例 (2 7 32 % ) ,男性患者高于女性患者。 结论 :利培酮可损害肝功能 ,但多较轻微且易于恢复。
Objective:To investigate the effect on liver function in schizophrenic patients treated with risperidone. Method:183 schizophrenic inpatients with single risperidone were measured the liver function before and after the treatment. Results:50 patients (27.32%) manifested liver function damage after using risperidone.The number of male patients with damaged liver function were higher in male than in female. Conclusion:Risperidone may cause slight liver function damage in schizophrenic patients,and the damage could be reserved often.
