丙戊酸钠对精神分裂症的辅助治疗作用

A study of additive effect of sodium-valproate in the treatment of schizophrenia

目的 :探讨丙戊酸钠合并抗精神病药治疗伴有冲动和攻击行为的精神分裂症的疗效。 方法 :对 4 2例精神分裂症患者随机分成两组 ,一组加用丙戊酸钠 (合用组 ) ,另一组仍用原抗精神病药物(单用组 ) ,治疗 4周。采用阳性症状和阴性症状量表 (PANSS)、副反应量表 (TESS)评定两组精神症状变化和不良反应。 结果 :合用组治疗 1周后及治疗结束时PANSS量表总分、阳性症状、精神病理症状的评分比单用组明显为低。 结论 :伴冲动和攻击行为的精神分裂症患者以丙戊酸钠合并抗精神病药物治疗 ,起效快 ,可增加疗效。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of sodium-valproate combined with neuroleptics in the treatment of schizophrenia with impulsive and aggressive symptoms. Method:Forty-two cases of schizophrenia with impulsive and aggressive symptoms were randomly divided into two groups who treated with sodium valproate combined with neuroleptics and neuroleptics alone respectively for 4 weeks. The efficacy and side effects were assessed with the positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS). Results:After 1 week and 4 weeks treatment,the total scores of PANSS, scores of positive symptoms and psychopathology were significantly decreased in sodium valproate group than in controlled group. Conclusion:Combined sodium valproate with neuroleptics responds earlier and is more effective for schizophrenia with impulsive and aggressive symptoms.
