风险社会中科学发展观的确立

风险社会理论是 2 0世纪 90年代以来风靡西方的社会理论。这一理论认为随着世界突发事件的增多、不确定性的增强 ,我们的社会正在进入一个风险社会。风险社会是近代以来工业化社会发展的必然结果 ,是现代性危机得到全方位展示的社会。风险社会是由于人们坚持盲目乐观主义发展观、经济增长就是发展的狭隘发展观造成的。因此 ,必须转换思维模式 ,树立全面的、协调、可持续发展的科学发展观 ,这样才能应对风险社会对人类提出的挑战。

Risk society theory is popular in western counties since 20' 90,the theory considers that with the increase of paroxysmal affairs,the contemporary society gradually enters a risk society.It is an inevitable result of the development of industrial society.This text considers that the blindfold optimism development concept and the parochialism development concept that the economy increases is development people insist on result in the risk society,so we must convert the thinking mode,set up comprehensive harmonious and sustainable development concept,that could reply the challenge of risk society.
