摘要
分析了波特基本价值链在应用上的局限性 ,结合高科技企业的特点对波特价值链的构成要素和要素排列方式进行改进 ,构造了高科技企业的价值链模型 。
It first analyzes the limitation of Porter's basic value chain. Then it advances the value chain model of high technology enterprises according to their characteristics. The model is different from the basic one in the components and their arrangement. It also discusses how to apply value chain management in high technology enterprises from three aspects.
