MDC激光在治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病上的应用

The clinical oberservation of effect of MDC semiconductor laser therapy unit serial on 132 cases with tempromandibular disorders

目的 探讨MDC半导体激光治疗仪治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的治疗结果。方法 随机采用 1 32例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者为治疗组 ,应用MDC半导体激光穴位照射治疗。 1 1 6例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者为对照组 ,采用TDP电磁治疗器治疗。结果 一疗程后观察 ,治疗组有效率 87 1 2 % ,观察组有效率 6 0 34% ,P <0 .0 1 ,两组对比有非常显著性差异。

Objectives To investigate the effect of MDC semiconductor laser therapy unit serial on Tempromandibular joint disorder.Methods 132 cases with TMD were irradiated the acupuncture points with MDC semiconductor laser therapy as a therapied group,116 cases with TMD were treated with TDP electromagnetism instruments as a contrast group.Results After a period of treatment.The response rate of therapied group was 87.12%,and the response rate of contrast group was 60.34%,P<0.01,significant difference was found between the two groups.Conclusion The effect of MDC semiconductor laser therapy on TMD was superior than of TDP electromagnetism instruments.
