摘要 供料道将熔窑流出的玻璃液进行温度、粘度、均匀性等调整后,供给成形设备,其调节能力和调节精度对玻璃制品的质量有极大的影响.供料道还是玻璃工业中重要的耗能设备.CU型自控节能料道采用全保温及微机控制辐射式电加热,可作为一种理想的换代技术.本文介绍了该料道的料槽结构和材料,保温和散热窗结构,以及加热和温度测控系统. The forehearth regulates the temperature, viscosity and homogeneity of the molten glass from the melting furnace, and then delivers the molten glass to the forming equipment. The regulating capacity and regulating degree of accuracy have great influence on glass quality. The forehearth is also an important Energy dissipative equipment.CU type automatic control energy-saving forehearth adopts full thermal insulation and electric heating by microcomputer control radiation. It can be used as an ideal up-grading technique. This article introduces the structure and materials of the melt channel; insulation structure and thermal dissipation window structure; measurement and control system of heating and temperature.
