用于制做微电极管的黑色玻璃的研制

摘要 随着微电极管的出现与发展,对黑色玻璃的隔光性与延伸性提出了越来越高的要求.采用SiO_2-B_2O_3-R_2O系统作为基础玻璃,用铬、镍、钴、锰、铜进行全面着色,制成体积小,头部尖的电极管,既保持了玻璃的延伸性,又可得到理想的隔光性. With arising and developing of the microelectrode tubes, the requirement of light insulation and extension properties to the black glass are raised increasingly.The electrode tubes with minor valume and pointed end have been produced using system of SiO_2-B_2O_3-R_2O as the base glass, and the overall colouring by chromium (Cr), Nickel (Ni), Cobalt (Co), Manganese (Mn) and Copper (Cu)The product not only maintains the glass expansion property, and the light insulation performance is acquered as well.
