摘要 本文尝试论证建设“涉外公共政策”这一交叉学科的必要性,并认为国际关系与公共政策两门学科可以互为新的发展支撑。 This article tries to explain why we need to develop 'Foreign - Related Public Policy' as a new inter-discipline and argues that international relations studies and public policy studies may support each other for their further development.
