On System Justice and Morals Self-Consciousness

制度与制度正义是当今学术界诸多学科关照与纷争不断的主题 ,如何对当下热烈的学术论争作理性与深层的哲学审视 ,如何将制度正义贯穿于社会发展的全过程 ,尤其是探讨道德自觉与制度正义的关系 ,对正处转型时期的我国具有特殊意义。以历史性的眼光解读社会结构亦即公共权力运作体制的正义性 ,并以之指导我国政治体制改革的路径选择。

The system and system justice are the theme paid attention to and constantly disputed in a great deal of disciplines of academia nowadays. How to carry out a rational and deep philosophy inspection to the warmly academic controversy at present, how to make system justice run through the whole course of the social development, especially to probe into the relationship between system justice and morals self-consciousness, have special meanings to China in the period of the social transition .We should understand the justice of social structure namely public power operation system with historical eyes, and make it the guidance of the route choice of political structure reform in China.
