摘要
本文介绍了5405双马来酰亚胺树脂的基本特性以及复合材料制备工艺方面的研究工作。结果表明,未固化树脂软化温度低,丙酮中溶解性好,可湿法制备预浸料;预混料粘性合适,铺覆性好,有较长的贮存期,可满足大型复杂构件铺层要求;最高成型温度180℃,压力0.5~0.7MPa,能使用热压罐成型。
Characterization and processing techniques of 5405 bismaleimide matrix resin was presented in this paper.The result shows that the uncured resin has low softening temperature and good solubility in acetone which suits the production of prepregs via wet process.The production of prepregs with optimal viscosity, good lay-up and long pot life is suitable for covering requirement of large complicated components. The curing temperature is 180℃ and pressure is 0.5-0.7 MPa, which can be used to process thermal pressing tank.
