THE PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION ON DEVELOPING OF RTM PROCESS

本文在概括RTM工艺的原理、成型设备,原材料选用原则的基础上,介绍了我们在产品开发的生产实践中,对模具制作和注射成型工艺的一些经验和体会,并对树脂在模腔内的流动规律进行了初步研究。

In addition to summarise the process principle, the primary processing equipments and the selection of the raw material of RTM, the paper introduces our experiences and realizations to tool manufacturing. The flowing behavior of the resin in mould cavity is also preliminary studied.
