摘要
本文采用SEM、EPA、ESCA等方法表征医用CF/GF混杂增强PMMA的界面状态及结构。研究结果表明,碳纤维与玻璃纤维和PMMA基体粘接的界面状态类似。经硝酸氧化处理的碳纤维其粘接性能优于未处理样品,纤维表面状态、元素含量及分布有较大改变。拉伸断裂界面的的SEM分析也表明二种纤维与基体的粘接状态不好,但复合材料同样具有良好的力学机械性能。
Based on SEM, EPA and ESCA, CF/GF hybrid reinforced PMMA interfacial state and structure are characterized.The result indicates that CF is si-mular with GF in binding with PMMA matrix.After CF has been treated with nitrix acid,it's binding property is better than untreated,fiber interfacial state, element content and distribution are improved greatly.SEM analysis of tensile rupture interface also indicates that two fibers with PMMA matrix bind not well, but their composites have good mechanical property.
