运用经济学理论对美国职业运动联盟的行业垄断进行分析 ,指出 :职业运动联盟是各职业运动俱乐部联合起来组成的一种现代企业集团 ,它依据市场机制和产业机制进行经营和运作。职业联盟制定统一的比赛规程、规则和营销方案。制定每个赛季的比赛场次和时间表 ;统一规范门票、场地广告、电视广播以及冠名等特许权和运动队纪念品等营销 ,进而控制产量价格、固定市场份额、分割市场 ,实行行业垄断 ,使其联合利润最大化 。
By means of the theory of economics the paper analyses industry monopoly of American sports leagues and points out that professional sports leagues are a modern enterprise group formed by united professional sports clubs. The professional leagues have their own competition regulations and marketing strategies according to the market mechanism and industry mechanism, such as tickets of box-office, field advertisements, privilege of TV broadcasting and the marketing of souvenirs. In this way the professional leagues can control the price of products, fix the marketing share, divide the market and realize industry monopoly so as to achieve the maximum profit as a union. The clubs share the united profits.
