调查了目标设置对幼儿游泳技能学习成绩、兴趣和情绪的影响。 5 7名被试随机分为A教练 :长期目标组、无目标组 ;B教练 :短期目标组、无目标组。实验时间为四周。研究结果显示 ,实验 1:A教练指导的长期目标组和无目标组的仰泳腿学习成绩、兴趣和情绪无显著性差异。实验 2 :B教练指导的短期目标组和无目标组仰泳腿学习成绩、兴趣和情绪有极显著性差异 ,短期目标组好于无目标组。研究结果表明 ,短期目标设置不仅对幼儿游泳技能学习成绩有积极影响 。
The impact of goal setting on children's skill learning, interest and emotion in the process of swimming learning is researched. 57 children are randomly divided into two groups: one includes a long-term goal setting group and a control group with Coach A; the other includes a short-term goal setting group and a control group with Coach B. The research lasts four weeks. The results show that there is little difference in interest and emotion between the long-term goal setting group and the control group with Coach A; while there is an obvious difference between the short-term goal setting group and the control group with Coach B in the same training project-the short-term goal setting group is better than the control group. The research indicates that the short-term goal setting can have a positive effect not only on children's swimming skill learning but also on their interest and emotion.
