The factors influencing the formation of glass fiber fuzzes

在玻璃纤维工业生产中,操作工人的人为因素、生产设备及器材、浸润剂的配方与配制工艺、玻纤生产工艺、车间温湿度及原丝存放时间等因素均会对毛丝的产生具有一定的影响,本文针对上述因素,提出了控制毛丝产生的方法与建议.

The factors such as operater's behavior,production facilities, fiber size formulation and preparation technology, fiber forming process, temperature and humidity in the workshops and storage time of glass cakes all have certain influences on the forming of fuzzes in the production process of glass fiber. This paper gives some methods and suggestions for diminishing such fuzzes.
