Information ability is the basic quality that a sport teacher must possess in the information age. With the deepening of education information and the educational reform on physical education at universities, a sport teacher should specially pay attention to cultivating information ability as well as the improvement of general qualities. This article studies the concept, meaning and methods of cultivating information ability for sport teachers at universities.
