摘要
通过自由基聚合,合成了用于水溶性涂料的丙烯酸共聚物。研究了影响树脂浓度和涂膜性能的因素。结果表明,丙烯酸含量,非极性单体含量,分子量及其分布对树脂水溶性有很大影响,其中分子量分布的上限控制着树脂的浓度。采用远红外(FIR)烘烤方式可使水溶性涂料的固化时间缩短至5分钟以下,且涂膜的综合性能优良。
The acrylic copolymers used for water soluble paint were synthesized by radical polymerization. The factors affecting the resin concentration and property of the paint were studied. The results show that the content of acrylic acid and nonpolar monomer, the molecular weight and its distribution have a great effect on the water solubility of the acrylic resin, the upper limit of the molecular weight distribution governing the concentration of the resin. The solidified time of water soluble resin paints baked by far infrared (FIR) is reduced to less than 5 minutes, with their overall properitiess being excellent.
