改进马蹄焰玻璃窑炉加料口设计的体会

Modification of Design of Dog House in End Port Glass Tank Furnace

我厂总结加料实际运行情况,分析加料口对配合料熔化作业的影响,在仍采用一台(嘴宽为800mm)毯式推料加料机情况下,对24m^2的马蹄焰熔炉加料口结构进行了改进,取得了较好的效果。

In order to obtain ideal 'circular flow' of the batch entering into melting tank the structure of dog house of end-port glass tank furnace was modified based on the results of mechanical analysis of the batch on the glass melt surface in the back area of melting tank. Therefore the melting rate increases by 5% and the life time of the furnace is 1.5 year longer.
