关于玻璃分相与析晶的关系,已由许多研究者进行了讨论。然而,其间的联系尚值得进一步探讨。 作者试图用透射电镜直接观察分相微区是否有析晶存在,并配合运用选区电子衍射和暗场象以证实析晶的存在,从而希望对两者的关系获得明确的认识。 如果玻璃分相后存在析晶,在电子显微镜的明场象中应能发现。

Chemical resistant borosilieate glass sample treated at certain temperature for phase separation is studied by means of transmission electron microscope and selected area electron diffraction. In the phase-separated regions, a small amount of sub-micro crystals is found out. The relationship between phase separation and crystallization is discussed.
