提高经济特区集镇规划水平的探讨——谈贤僚岛规划的技术特点

A NEW ATTEMPT AT IMPROVING TOWN PLANNING IN SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONES——A Discussion on the Technical Features of the Xianliao Island Planning

针对经济特区集镇规划中所存在的问题,如安排建设项目不明确、缺乏规划指标、资金来源不稳定和规划缺乏特色等,结合对贤僚岛的规划,探讨了解决上述问题的方法,力求使经济特区规划更接近实际、合理,更能体现地方特色。

In face of the problems arising from town planning in the special economic zones, such as the indefiniteness in the arrangement of construction projects,lack of planning norms,unstable financial resources,lack of unique planning features,the present paper makes an inquiry into the methods to solve the above-mentioned problems with close refer- ence to the planning of the Xianliao Island.The paper aims at making the planning of special economic zones more realistic,more reasonable and more distinctive.
