摘要
本文设计了一种用于焊缝跟踪的自组织模糊控制器,并与CCD视觉传感及图象信息处理技术相配合,在TIG焊、平板对接条件下,获得了比简单模糊控制器更好的在线跟踪效果。
In this paper,a self organizing fuzzy controller for weld seam tracking is designed.Compared with simple fuzzy controller,it has better performance and adaptive ability in on line seam tracking in combination with CCD visual sensor and image processing techniques under TIG welding butt joint conditions.
