摘要 一、引言 直接熔融法制备AgX光色玻璃业已商品化。采用离子交换方法制备光色玻璃的工艺要点是,先熔制含有一定量卤素的基玻璃,再通过银离子交换和热处理使玻璃表层获得光色性能。此法能提高玻璃表层光敏相浓度、减少贵金属消耗且熔制工艺简便。显然,表面光色层的AgX浓度、厚度与性能会影响其光色性能。本文着重研究含卤素的R_2O- In this paper the laws of Ag^+ exchange and the relationships between exchange conditions and photochromic properties of photochromic glasses prepared by silver ion exchange are studied by SEM. EDS. and COL etc. The proper exchange technique and the methods of controlling photochromic layer thickness as well as the ways to obtain thicker photochromic layer are discussed. The results show that proper thickness of photochromic layer and better photochromic properties can be obtained by controlling certain ion-exchange conditions and pre-heat treatments. The amount of silver in glass are dependent on ionexchange conditions. Heat treatments at lower temperatures prior to higher temperatures uniformise the silver concentration and improve photochromic properties.
