摘要
外搪瓷铸铁烧器(典型产品为锅类)是联合国世界卫生组织于1989年推荐的中国传统铁锅改进型炊具,跟普通的铸铁锅相比较,它具有美观大方、轻便易洁、防腐保温、附加值高等优点。国内数家企业自1990年将该产品推向市场以来,均取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。但由于搪瓷锅的生产工艺远没有日用钢板搪瓷制品成熟。
The reasons for the occurrence of blisters of outside-enamelled east iron cooking wares are described in detail. The impurities in the basic metal and the compositions of enamelling frits are main influencing factors. Meanwhile several ways to eliminate the defect are pointed out. All these may be good guidance to many domestic manufactures.
