倾斜下降管内气(汽)-液两相流流型和摩擦阻力试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以空气-水为工质,对倾斜下降管内气-液两相流流型和摩阻压降进行了理论和试验研究。采用压差波动法测定流型,获得了不同流型下的压差波动信号。根据试验结果,绘制了不同倾角下的流型图,得到了4种主要流型的转换关系式.采用以分液相摩擦折算系数Φ_L ̄2和马蒂内利参数X的关系整理了倾斜下降流动摩擦阻力试验结果。在理论分析基础上,结合试验结果,提出了3种流型下的摩察阻力的计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。 An experiment and theoretical study on flow pattern and frictional pressure drop of gas-li quid two-phase downward flow in an inclined tube is carried out in this work.Pressure difference fluctuation is employed to identify flow pattern and pressure difference fluctuation signals of various flow pattern are obtained. Based on experimental results the flow pattern maps of various inclined tube are measured and four kinds of main flow pattern transition equations are obtained.The correlation of ΦL2 and X is used to process the experimental data of frictional pressure drop for an inclined downward flow.The frictional pressure drop calculation formulas for three kind of flow patterns are presented and experimental restults agree well with calculated results.
