发展我国汽车工业的三重联动对策

Three Interactive Policies for Developing China’s Automobile Industry

针对我国加入WTO和面对高科技、新经济和全球化的挑战,本文提出了发展我国汽车工业的“三重联动”创新对策,即通过“市场与技术的联动”、“跨国产学研联动”及“机制创新、组织创新与管理创新的联动”,推进我国汽车产业与发达国家在科技上进行更广泛更深入有效的合作,不断提高产品的国际竞争力,使我国汽车产业更好的融入全球化进程。

Facing challenge of hi - tech, new economy and globalization as well as entry into WTO, this paper puts forward three interactive renovation policies for developing China's automobile industry, which is weak in technology development. That is through ' interaction of market and technology' , ' interaction of international production, study and research' and ' interaction of mechanism renovation, organization renovation and management renovation' , encourage China's automobile industry to cooperate more comprehensively , deeply and effectively with foreign countries in the fields of technology and science, upgrade international competitiveness of our products, make China's automobile industry melt into the globalization process.
