摘要
描述了外啮合修缘插齿刀和修缘齿轮的齿形,分析了按常规设计修缘插齿刀存在的问题。通过分析将外啮合修缘插齿刀的设计归纳为一个多目标的优化设计问题,进而建立了其优化设计的数学模型,进行优化求解,并编制了优化设计求解计算机计算程序。
This paper describes the tooth forms of an external toothing and chamfering gear shaping cutter and chamfering gear shaper cutters designed by old routine. Based on the study, the author realized that the design of such a gear shaping cutter can be considered as an issue of multiply targeted desingn optimization. Therefrom a mathematic model for optimal design and its solution has established, and corresponding programs have been established.
