介绍了QRJ40-1型客车车室冬季用燃油加热器的故障诊断与排除方法。主要内容包括:电机不转、不着火、工作中红色指示灯照样亮、停机后不熄火、电热塞熔断、热量低等故障的诊断与排除。加强使用前的保养,对确保燃油加热器正常工作具有重要作用。
In this paper the trouble diagnosis and trouble shooting of a model QRJ40-1 fuel-fired heater used for heating the bus compartments in winter seasons are. in troduced. The main contents of the troubles are: motor does not work, missing of ignition, red indicator lamp lights all the time, keep firing after switching off, heating plug fused, heating capacity is too low, etc. Finally the author pointed out that in order to ensure normal operation of the fuel-fired heater, it is necessary to strenthen maintenance before putting it into operation.
