摘要
用线性电位扫描法和单阶跃电位法,研究了光亮镀锡体系的阴极反应机理。结果表明,该阴极过程中存在均相前置化学转化反应,该反应的速度常数是1.40s^(-1),反应粒子的扩散系数是5.11×10^(-9)cm^2/s。
The cathodic reaction mechanism of acidic bright Sn elcetroplating system was investigated with linear potential sweeping and single step potential measuring methods. The rate constant of the reaction is 1.40 s^(-1). And the diffusion coefficient is 5.11/10^(-9)(cm^2/s).
