摘要
采用动电位扫描法和恒电位阶跃法,研究了镍铬合金自CrO_3-NiSO_4-NiCl_2电解液体系中共沉积的电化学行为。结果表明:在镍铬共沉积过程中,镍先于铬析出,Cr^(6+)对镍的析出有阻碍作用;而共沉积中铬保持着单独沉积时的电极行为;电解液中添加少量的甲醇对提高镀层的铬含量有重要的影响。
Investigations have been carried out on the electrochemical behaviors of Ni-Cr alloy depositing from the CrO_3-NiSO_4-NiCl_2 electrolytic solutions, by means of linear sweep and potentiostatic methods. The results showed that, as the Ni-Cr deposition proceeding, the reduction of Ni(Ⅱ) to Ni(0) was prior to that of Cr(Ⅵ) to Cr(0) and there was an inhibitory effect of Cr(Ⅵ) on the Ni (Ⅱ) reduction. The addition of CH_3OH to the solution could result in increase in chromium content of the alloys.
